Got a question?  There's a good chance we've got the answer here for you.

1        Who are you then?

Straight to the point aren't you?  We're Bus Stop Toy Shop, a wholly independent, family-run
toy store on the West Coast of Scotland.  Pleased to meet you.  We're incredibly passionate
about toys and go to great lengths to stock the very finest toys around whilst providing the
very best in customer service.

2        I Want to Buy Something on your Website.  How do I do it?

Simply click the add to basket button next to the product you like.  A separate browser
window will open with your shopping cart in it (depending on your internet security settings,
you may need to allow our website to open pop-up windows).  Keep adding more stuff until
you feel full and happy.

3        How Do I Pay For It?

We use Paypal for all our online payment processing.  We know lots about toys.  They know
lots about secure online transactions.  It's a match made in heaven.  Simply follow their
instructions on the shopping cart page.

4        I Don't Have a Paypal Account

Doesn't matter, Amigo!  You can pay with any major credit or debit card and DO NOT need
a Paypal account to place your order.  Although saying that, Paypal Accounts are really
handy things for speeding up online shopping.  Might be worth checking out?

5        I Don't Like Doing The Whole Online Buying Thing

No worries, give us a bell instead.  We're here 9:30am to 5:30pm, seven days a week and
will happilly take payment over the phone.  Regrettably we don't accept Amex over the
phone, but pretty much anything else is fine.

6        How/When Do I Get My Stuff

If you live in the United Kingdom, within a week, most times in 2-3 working days.  If you need
it more urgently than that, please give us a call or drop us an
e-mail.  We'll endeavour to
work miracles for you, no promises though.  

For Europe you should allow around 2 weeks and for the rest of the world around 3 weeks.  
These are approximates though.  Often it's much faster and occasionally your order may
take longer than this.

7        How Do You Send My Stuff?

In the UK, we use Royal Mail 1st Class Post, internationally by Royal Mail Airmail.

8        How much is postage and packaging?

The prices you see include postage and packaging.  We don't believe in hiding extra costs
away, so there's no nasty surprises at check out.

9        I don't see an international price for the product I want

Many popular items have international prices right there for you, but if the product you want
doesn't, please
e-mail us for a price.  Please note though that some heavy items are not
available internationally because they'd cost a ridiculous amount to send.

10        I have more questions about an item

No problem, give us a call or e-mail us.  Refreshingly, you're not speaking to a call centre -
it's just us folks in the shop, which means we actually know what we're talking about.  We
promise good advice and we wont try to talk you into buying anything you don't need.

11        I'm worried about my privacy

Because Paypal process all the online payments for us, we never have access to your
financial details.  We only use your address to send you your order.  We use your e-mail
address to confirm when we send the goods and (unless you opt out, which is easy to do but
does make us cry a little bit) to send you our monthly newsletter.
