Terms and Conditions
We don't like small print much and know you don't either. Here's a few things we have to tell
you. We'll keep it as brief as we can.
1 Use of Our Website
The content of Bus Stop Toy Shop is copyrighted by us. Many images belong to our suppliers
and are their copyright. Please don't steal any of it. (If you love it lots though, we're always
delighted for you to link to any of our pages ;-) )
2 Our Prices and Products
We go to huge lengths to make sure all items on our website are priced accurately, however if we
make an error we do reserve the right to request additional payment or refund the order.
We also go to extraordinary lengths to ensure that everything we say is in stock, is in stock. If we
ever make a mistake, which is very rare, we promise to let you know immediately, try and get hold
of it quickly for you or failing that give you a humble apology and prompt refund.
3 Returns and Refunds
If you decide you don't want something and it is still in it's original packaging, you can return an
item to us within seven days of receipt at your cost. Please contact us first to let us know what
you'd like to do - refund/replacement/etc.
All orders are inspected prior to dispatch, however in the very unlikely event of a faulty item,
please follow the manufacturers instructions as to what to do next, or if there are no instructions,
give us a call or e-mail us.
We make a mistake with packing orders about as often as cows jump over the moon, but if we do,
let us know first then return it to us, by recorded delivery and we'll refund the postage cost to you.
4 International Orders
Items which are regularly bought by non-United Kingdom customers all have prices for
international postage on their pages. You must use the correct rate for your country or your
order will be rejected and refunded.
If the product you'd like doesn't have international rates, please contact us for a price, although
please note some heavy items are not available to international destinations. Please also note
that some of our supplier's trading terms prevent us shipping some products to some parts of the
world. Again, if you use the United Kingdom rates, your order will be rejected and refunded.
We take no responsibility for any import taxes or duties imposed by customs in your country and
payment of these is your responsibility. We accurately record the value of the goods on the
package. Please don't embarrass yourself by asking us to lie for you.
Postage to European destinations generally takes around 2 weeks, for the Rest of The World
around 3 weeks. Occasionally there are delays beyond this to international items which are
beyond our control. Unfortunately we cannot take responsibility when this happens.
5 Your Privacy
We use Paypal for all our online transactions, meaning we never have access to your payment
details. For more information on how Paypal look after your information, see their website -
they're very, very good at it.
We only use your home address to send you your order. We only use your telephone number if
there is a problem you need to know about. We don't use these details for anything else, ever.
We use your e-mail address to confirm when your order is dispatched. Unless you opt out,
during the checkout process, we also use your e-mail address to send you our newsletter once a
month. It doesn't get used for anything else or given to anyone else, ever.
